Products and availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders where stock is unavailable. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. We make every effort to display colours and details accurately, however we cannot guarantee that your screen will display colours exactly as they appear in person. Minor variations do not constitute a fault.
Caramel Lobster releases products in limited drops. Once stock sells out, it will not be restocked unless otherwise stated. We are under no obligation to make any product available beyond its initial release.

Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
We accept payment via Shopify Payments, including major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your full card details.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund. We will notify you of any such error promptly.

Orders and contract
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent activity, where stock is unavailable, or where an error has occurred.
Once an order has been confirmed, changes or cancellations can only be made before dispatch. Please contact us immediately at shop@caramellobster.com if you need to make any amendments.

Shipping and delivery
Shipping and delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy.

Returns and refunds
Our returns and refund process is governed by our Returns Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms and conditions.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
