Make a return.
We offer store credit on full-price items returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
How it works
Request your return
Email shop@caramellobster.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond within 1–2 business days to approve or decline your request.
Pack and post
Once approved, securely package your item(s) and send them back to the address provided in your approval email. Return postage is at your expense. We recommend using a tracked service — Caramel Lobster is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Receive your store credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit will be issued to your account within 3–5 business days. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future Caramel Lobster order.
Conditions
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all original tags attached
Sale items are final sale — no returns or exchanges
Returns must be approved via email before sending anything back
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will be returned to sender
Store credit only
Caramel Lobster does not offer cash refunds or refunds to original payment methods. All approved returns are issued as store credit. By completing a purchase you agree to this policy.
Common questions
Can I exchange for a different size?
We don't process direct exchanges. To secure a different size, submit a return request and use your store credit to place a new order. Given our limited drop quantities, we recommend ordering your new size as soon as your return is approved.
What if my item arrived faulty or incorrect?
We're sorry to hear it. Email shop@caramellobster.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. Faulty or incorrect items will be resolved at our cost.
How do I know if my return has been received?
We recommend sending your return with a tracked service so you can monitor delivery. We'll email you once the return has been received and inspected.
Does my store credit expire?
No. Store credit issued by Caramel Lobster does not expire and can be used across any future order.
