Calculated at checkout via Australia Post. Available nationwide.
Calculated at checkout via Australia Post Express. Metro areas typically next business day.
International
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. Delivery windows are estimates only and may vary depending on local customs processing.
Duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. Caramel Lobster has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing time is separate from and in addition to your shipping estimate. You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
Common questions
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Address changes can only be made before dispatch. Contact us immediately at shop@caramellobster.com with your order number. Once a tracking number has been issued, we are unable to redirect your parcel.
My tracking hasn't updated — what do I do?
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch. For international orders, scans may be less frequent once the parcel leaves Australia. If there has been no movement after 10 business days, contact us and we'll investigate.
What happens if my order is returned to sender?
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Re-shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes — Australia Post delivers to PO Boxes for standard domestic shipments. Express and international services may require a street address.
